Cool for Cauliflower

It’s difficult to get the family to eat cauliflower but I stumbled across a recipe from Neil Perry,  after a few sniffles and complaints about it being a vegetable soup they all tucked in and I even had some murmurs of delight after a few mouthfuls.   It has a slight sweetness from the cauliflower, a tinge of heat from the mustard and fullness on the palate from the cheese.  I had made some focaccia this morning and it was completely devoured in the one soup sitting.
